Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specialized in lipid-based drug delivery to help identify and nurture opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquires.
Key Responsibilities
Promote liposome products and liposome development services.
Build trust-based relationships with customers to win new business in lipid-based drug delivery industry.
Work closely with the R&D team to assess opportunities and develop lipid-based drug delivery projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources.
Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-first attitude.
If necessary, assist with any other temporary tasks.
Basic Qualifications
Ph.D. in chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, bioengineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields.
At least 3 years of work experience in related fields. Knowledgeable in liposome development.
Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinics, academic institutes, government agencies, and biotech companies.
Skillful in creating and implementing business plans that align with Creative Biolabs' organizational goals.
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
Proficiency in a team selling environment.
