The NIH Metabolomics Consortium's Data Repository and Coordinating Center (DRCC) accepts metabolomics data for small and large studies on cells, tissues and organisms via the Metabolomics Workbench. The Metabolomics Workbench also provides a suite of tools for analysis and visualization of the data.
An option to keep the data private until a user-specified "embargo" data is available at the time of upload; researchers are notified prior to data being released to the public; and the embargo data may be modified by e-mailing the DRCC.
After the DRCC has processed your dataset (typically less than 30 days), you will be notified and given access to view your study on a private website. After you have reviewed your dataset and communicated with the DRCC, the study will be placed on the public Metabolomics Workbench website (subject to its embargo date, if any).
