Know Your Fats! is a fun and fast-paced memory card game that brings the science of fats—and their impact on our health—right to your fingertips! Designed to spark curiosity and boost awareness, this game is perfect for families, classrooms, or anyone curious about how lipids play a role in our daily lives.

Easy to play and endlessly engaging, Know Your Fats! is suitable for 2 or more players, ages 6 to 99+. The goal? Match identical pairs of cards that feature colourful images and interesting facts. It’s simple, smart, and surprisingly addictive!

Choose your challenge:

SOLO Mode – Race against the clock to find all the pairs as quickly as you can. Can you beat your best time?

MULTIPLAYER Mode – Take turns flipping two cards at a time. If you make a match, you keep the pair and take another turn. If not, flip them back and let the next player try. The game continues until all pairs are matched—and the player with the most pairs wins!

Whether you're playing for fun or to boost your brainpower, Know Your Fats! is a great way to learn about healthy (and not-so-healthy) fats while enjoying some good old-fashioned gameplay.
