*:CoQ's: The analyte concentration was calculated relative to a known amount of
Coenzyme Q6 internal standard that was spiked into each sample. The absolute amount of analyte in the
sample was calculated using the relative peak area of the analyte to the internal standard.
The absolute amount was normalized for the quantity of DNA in the respective sample well in order
to correct for inter-sample variations in the number of cells.
Dolichols: The analyte concentration was calculated relative to a known amount of the respective nor-dolichol internal standard that was spiked into each sample. The absolute amount of analyte in the sample was calculated using the relative peak area of the analyte to the internal standard. The absolute amount was normalized for the quantity of DNA in the respective sample well in order to correct for inter-sample variation in the number of cells.
