IntroductionExperimental designPeritoneal macrophages were obtained from thioglycolate-stimulated mice, as per protocols PP0000001401, PP0000001502 and PP0000001801 (pdf). Bone marrow-derived macrophages were obtained from tibias and femurs of mice as per protocol PP0000003500. Cells were treated for 6 or 24 hours with Kdo2-Lipid A.
