Disruption Phenotype Animals show a glycogenopathy resembling to Von Gierke's disease with impaired growth, fasting hypoglycemia, and an increase in concentrations of triglycerides, cholesterol, free fatty acids, ketone bodies, uric acid and lactic acid in the plasma during fating.
