Draw and save complex lipid structures using either a simple menu-based interface or by entering an abbreviation (where appropriate). Structures are rendered with Javascript / Ketcher and may be saved as molfiles.

Abbreviation format:
HeadGroup(ShingoidBase/NAcylGroup)
Valid abbreviations for shingoid bases and N-acyl chains are shown in the pulldowns above. Following head groups abbreviations are currently supported: Cer, SM, CerP, PICer, GlcCer, GalCer, LacCer, GM3Cer, GM4Cer, GB3Cer, iGB3Cer, asialo-GM2Cer, Lc3Cer, Manb1-4GlcCer, MolluCer, ArthroCer, MIPCer, MIP2Cer. Select yes from allow arbitrary chain abbreviation list to permit usage of all valid chain abbreviations.
